About Us

Public Finance Management Training Center is established under the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance, with the objective of conducting training to make the employees working in the field of public finance efficient and competent, conducting interactions, seminars and workshops on current issues related to public finance and conducting studies and research in the field of public finance.Established as a Revenue Administration Training Center on 2037 Falgun 29 BS, the institution has been then transformed into Public Finance Management Training Center by the decision of the Government of Nepal dated 2075 Baisakh 4 BS.

This institution has been performing various activities such as publishing revenue magazine on a half-yearly basis,  providing training to the government employees working in the field of public finance, identifying training needs, developing and modifying training courses, preparing training manuals, conducting in-service, specialized and short term training, interaction programs/seminars and workshops on current issues related to public finance management.This institution is ISO 2001: 2015 certified since May 20, 2019. The aim is to develop this institution as a documentation center for collecting and keeping important records related to public finance.
